My phone buzzed in the passenger seat as I checked the caller id still keeping an eye on the duo trailing behind me "ughh this is taking forever" I sighed "i need to spice the things up myself" increasing the speed of my black Aston Martin DB11,the sleek sports car is now breezing along the highway, a blur of black against the scenery. All my focus on the car following me from the whole day as i get the grip of the revolver from my chest holster and lower the tinted windows and discreetly aimed at their car's front tyres. Thanking the silencer on the gun the aim was perfect and the car loses its balance and stopped and i followed by pulling up my car to the side as i get out and eyed my surroundings..... a abandoned house, a black cat sitting near trash bin and lots of trash i sighed again " what a shitty day".
"So you were the one boss wanted dead" I heard one of the guy said "umm what we can say your pretty little boss couldn't digest losing in the first round itself " i said as loaded my gun to get over with it as soon as possible but a sudden jerk on my hand sent the gun flying towards the trash bin "what the fuck man!!!" i hissed seeing the blood pouring out of my right shoulder as the bullet grazed through it. "I wanted to end it quickly, but alas you wanted to play" i said while i quickly recovered from the pain and pulled out my pocket knife and shove it in the guy's thigh who shot me and quickly got him under my knee before he could recover and sliced his neck. The red oozing and pouring the grey pavement creating a mess, a beautiful mess. getting my focus back from the sight i elbowed the second guy who got me in a chokehold and quickly giving him a cut on his hand to make him loosen his hold and when he did I turned around and shove the knife in his abdomen. "there...look it was easy, no need to follow me and waste your time,, you could have just shot me when you got the chance" I spoke and proceed to get into my car not before getting my gun back and watching the life leaving from the eyes of the second guy and treat the wound before Alice find it and kill me herself "ah! speaking of the devil" my phone buzzed again the caller id showing Alice name, my best friend and only family "hel-" i spoke but soon got cut off "don't hello me, i have been calling you from past half an hour where the fuck are you BELLA DEMIDOVA" she shouted from the other side...."will be there in 15" i cut the call without hearing further.
Exactly after 15 minutes i was sitting on the sofa of our house facing a ever so fuming Alice. "Care to tell, where you got this"
she asked still eyeing my red soaked shoulder. "just some fight with little goons" i said while munching on the apple she gave me. "some goons...seriously Bella!!!" "what" i said..... she again hissed at me. "It was nothing yesterday in the game the person who lost against me sent them they are dead now it was poker for fuck sake, men and their fragile egos, no need to worry..and now please care to treat it" the words rolled of my tongue in a low boring voice as i stared at my friend who is planning my demise.
After getting treated and listening to her nags i sat down in my home office and called Denis Petrov , our partner in crime and best hacker Russia could ever find. "Any updates" i asked "no he is still in Vegas and is in no mood to fly back soon" i heared from the other side "okay..Keep an eye on him and make sure he signs the documents" i ordered and cut the call after he affirmed.
"Soon enough i'll catch you..you traitor.. start counting your days left on this earth.. when i find you you'll be begging the death to grace you" my voice chilled enough to make anyone's blood ran cold and haunting the walls as i whispered in the closed off confinements of my office as i leaned back on my chair closing my eyes proceeding to shut down for the day.
